Version 2.55 of the CYRISMA platform, released on March 7, 2024, introduces the much-awaited ConnectWise PSA integration feature which will allow users to automatically generate tickets for clients upon the completion of scan results. The integration will also allow you to trigger various notifications based on events within CYRISMA. The ConnectWise integration was rigorously beta tested to guarantee a seamless user experience. Our team will continue to develop integrations with other leading PSA platforms in future versions of CYRISMA.
